Pooja Dayal leads the Business Development team in the MENA region and has been with T&A since 2019. She began her career at T&A as a marketing professional, where she was responsible for leading the social media team and enhancing the digital presence of both T&A and its clients across various social media platforms.

In 2021, Pooja moved to Dubai and took on the role of expanding T&A’s business development activities in the MENA region. She operates from the satellite office in Downtown Dubai, hugely supported by the global delivery team, headquartered in India.

Pooja has been a part of the development sector assisting international economic development organizations and trade associations to enhance bilateral trade relations. In her capacity she has had the opportunity to work with stakeholders across sectors like E-Commerce, Food & Beverages, Logistics and Healthcare, assisting companies in their international expansion.

As the lead Engagement Manager for the MENA region, Pooja focuses on fostering growth opportunities and supporting T&A’s clients in the Middle East. She is a member of AKH and IFZA in Dubai and represents T&A’s clients at trade shows like Arab Health, Gulfood, GITEX, Big5, Saudi Food Show, to name a few.

An avid reader and theatre enthusiast, Pooja loves hosting book clubs at home and is dedicated to her fitness journey. Her commitment to continuous learning and passion for the arts enrich both her personal and professional endeavours.
